6.2 Limited license. Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and view the Site, and to print a reasonable number of pages, solely for your personal or internal business reference. You may not modify, copy, reproduce, republish, distribute, display, sell, license, or create derivative works from any Site content without our prior written permission, and you may not remove any copyright or proprietary notices.
6.3 Trademarks. "Habi Green," the Habi Green logo, and our taglines are trademarks of Habi Green, LLC. You may not use them without our prior written permission. Names and logos of regulatory agencies, accrediting bodies, and other organizations mentioned on the Site belong to their respective owners, and their mention does not imply endorsement of Habi Green.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, HABI GREEN AND ITS MEMBERS, MANAGERS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, CONTRACTORS, AND AGENTS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITY, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO YOUR USE OF, OR INABILITY TO USE, THE SITE OR ITS CONTENT, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SITE OR THESE TERMS WILL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS (US $100).
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations of liability, so some of the above may not apply to you. This section does not limit liability under any separate written engagement agreement, which is governed by its own terms.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Habi Green and its members, managers, officers, employees, contractors, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of or relating to your misuse of the Site, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of another person.
These Terms and any dispute arising out of or relating to the Site are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law rules. You agree that any legal action relating to the Site or these Terms will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Miami-Dade County, Florida, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.
To the extent permitted by law, any claim arising out of or relating to the Site or these Terms must be filed within one (1) year after the claim arises, or it is permanently barred.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Site at any time, without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms or for any other reason. Sections 6, 8, and 11 through 19 will survive any termination.
